Former Malaysian Airlines Inflight Supervisor with substantial experience and outstanding Customer Service skills spanning over 30 years in the service industry. He has led a team of international crew to serve customers of diverse racial and social standing. A natural leader and coach with proven capability of managing his team, he demonstrates forethought in planning to ensure successful tasks that would leave customers with a great sense of satisfaction. An excellent negotiator with the ability to think and act tactfully under the most stressful and difficult circumstances even when faced with the most difficult customers during his career. Understanding human is a skill which he had mastered and now shares in his training. He had explored all the major continents in the world and understands their unique cultural differences and approached in most situations.

Azizah Mat Dom
Started her career as a banker. Twenty six years banking experience has made her very well-versed in operations and financing Conventional and Islamic products and services.
A certified trainer with HRDF/PSMB, Malaysian Institute of Management(MIM), People Potential and she has also obtained the certification in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). She uses the NLP concept to help her participants overcome fears, increase confidence, enrich relationships and achieve greater success.
Her training has become more personalised as she also uses the EQ (emotional quotient), 7 habits of the highly effective people and the 6 thinking hat concepts to better reach her audience and cater to their different needs. In her sixteen years of training experience, she has helped Senior Managers, Managers, Executives and Clerical improve their work performance with better knowledge as well as improved motivation, in areas of Banking products and services, Management, Sales, Customer Service and Information Technology.

Ibrahim Mohamad
Had fifteen (15) years in banking experience. Among the banks that he has served were United Asian Bank, Bank of Commerce, CIMB and Philieo Allied Bank. Whilst in banking he has gained knowledge and skills in Banking Operations, Customer Service, IT and Marketing Banking Products and Services.
Served as Section Head, IT Operations Department in Government Link Company (GLC) for 15 years before moving to Business Development Consultant, where he was responsible for the development of new businesses and managing sales cycles. He has been very successful in closing deals through prospecting new clients, generating leads and turning qualified prospects into sales.
HRDF/PSMB Certified Trainer and graduated in Information Technology from University Technology Malaysia and in Business Studies from University Malaya. He conducts Motivational Program, Team Building, Stress Management, Time Management, Soft Skills training programes. Few of his signature programs are Telephone Etiquette, Jom Sihat Program (Kehidupan Sihat), Working In Teams, and Enhancing Mind Potential At Work.
Apart from the project management and customer relation with GLC company, he also active giving talks to Government Sectors such as Kastam Di Raja Malaysia , Kementerian Pertanian, Shippiong Agents Association, Freight Forwarders Association etc on Team Work Program.
Ericka Krystalyn

Soo Hoo Yun Hunn
Currently serving as the President of the Malaysian Association of Professional Trainers and Coaches (MAPTaC), Soo Hoo has been a trainer in the area of Subliminal Persuasion, Entrepreneurship and Mindset Breakthrough since 2007. In recognition of his achievements and contribution Soo Hoo is awarded with the prestigious Global Training & Development Leadership Award by The World HRD Congress in their Silver Jubilee Celebration and as Most Distinguished Trainer in Asia’s Training & Development Excellence Award.

He began young with a high-flying career in banking sales, servicing high net worth individuals at an international bank. Among his many successes then was growing the profit of a company from RM 200, 000/- to over RM 1, 000, 000/- in profits within 3 years. Ernee Yuni
Currently, PSMB-certified trainer and as an independent professional trainer, she delivers her training in an easy to understand approach using real life examples that are relevant to her audience. She graduated from University Malaya in Degree in Accountancy and she was brought to become a professional trainer and has a wealth of experience in enhancing employees’ professionalism in the areas of Corporate Image, Oral Presentation Skills, Communicative Skills, Motivation, Basic Accounting as well as Customer Service.
She has overall 6 years of experience in the training domain. She has managed the entire training functions for the corporate sector and government sector. Shairulnizam Cobley
Currently, a senior management consultant with an international consulting company after stints as Head, Consumer Credit Unit, Telekom Sales and Services, a Telekom Malaysia Group and as Branch Manager of an established financial institution. He is a Certified Systems Quality Auditor registered with the International Register of Certification Auditors, has a BA (hons) in Business Finance from University of East London. He was awarded his MBA in Strategic Management from Middlesex University; his thesis was on the strategic direction of the electronic industries in Malaysia.
For the last 8 years Shairul has been working with and researching ‘Asian Leadership Competency’ within Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia and is an experience business strategy and performance management consultant in Malaysia. In line with his expertise in helping organisations in Strategic Management and CRM initiatives, Shairul is very active in a number of CRM performance related initiatives in Malaysian organizations in helping them prepare for current and future challenges. Shairul has consulted public and private organization and facilitates various CRM management workshops in the ASEAN countries.
He has wealth of experience in presenting to ASEAN executives in the area of organizational and workforce competencies development programme. He is an active speaker for various Malaysian conglomerates and has proved to be a dynamic speaker and very knowledgeable in fields of people development and human performance management.
