    She has collaborated with clients across Asia Pacific and EMEA, delivering solution-driven strategies that align business objectives with people outcomes.

    Esther also brings strong experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), having led initiatives in community engagement, communications, and risk management. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and is an HRDC accredited trainer.
