With a PhD in Economics (minor in Finance) from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Frank brings rare academic depth combined with the sharp instincts of a practising businessman, he is CEO and owner of multiple enterprises operating across Malaysia and the United States.

His career spans over two decades of delivering high-impact training and consultancy across industries, having worked with global giants including HSBC, Citibank, PETRONAS, NESTLE, WHO, MAXIS, and many more. From university lecturing to C-suite consultancy, Frank has led programmes in leadership, strategic management, sales, negotiation, communication, public speaking, and finance, both locally and internationally across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and beyond.
